- Needed by mortgage lenders for title insurance purposes
- Standard size subdivided waterfront property cost: $252
- Recertification of previously completed survey: $135
- Recertification of waterfront survey: $175
- Normally completed within 5 business days of date order

- Many of our location surveys are completed within three days
Boundary Survey
- For finding the boundary of a meets and bounds parcel
- We provide a plat of the property boundaries
- Typical price for 1 acre four corner lot:
Lot Stakeout Survey
- To establish property corners based on subdivision plat or
boundary survey
- Useful for fences, property line disputes,
- Typical price for 1 acre four corner subdivided lot: $750
(less 35% discount: $487.50)
ALTA/ACSM Survey
